Great Little Camcorder. I think this is a great little camcorder! It's so small and lighweight, it's no problem taking Flip Video Ultra Series Camcorder most anywhere. I was really impressed with the software to download the content...it's actually EASY TO USE! The quality is really quite good considering. If you want quality that compares to a camcorder that costs several hundred dollars, then buy a camcorder that costs several hundred dollars. If you want a decent little camcorder that gives you good quality for $150.00, then you can't go wrong with a Flip.
I love Amazon!. I bought this product from Amazon and immediately took Flip Video Ultra Series Camcorder to Disneyland and dropped Flip Video Ultra Series Camcorder out of my diaper bag. The lens cracked and I had only had Flip Video Ultra Series Camcorder for about 2 days. I contacted Amazon to try and find out how to repair Flip Video Ultra Series Camcorder and they had me contact the company. The company informed me that there was no way to replace the lens and kept telling me Flip Video Ultra Series Camcorder was not under waranty because I dropped it. I again contacted Amazon and explained that I knew Flip Video Ultra Series Camcorder was my fault, but I was just hoping I could pay to have Flip Video Ultra Series Camcorder repaired. They were so generous as to replace the product for me. I am so impressed with their customer service and their willingness to help me with damage caused by my own negligence. I will definitely continue shopping with them and telling all my friends to do the same!
Great Product. I have had my flip ultra for about one month. I really like it! It's small size makes me grab Flip Video Ultra Series Camcorder and bring Flip Video Ultra Series Camcorder with me everywhere. The quality of the video is great for everyday recording. Even night video is surprisingly clear. I LOVE the simplicity of the flip. I looked into the mino and the ultra and I picked the ultra because Flip Video Ultra Series Camcorder felt better in my hand. The mino really was too thin for me. I already have 2 friends who have bought this camera after I have raved about it. Flip Video Ultra Series Camcorder is a lot of fun!
